Arunai Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai, celebrated Achievers Day 2014 on March 15 by presenting several prominent personalities lifetime achievement awards.

Justice A. Kulasekaran, Chairman, Railway Rates Tribunal of India, was the chief guest and distributed the awards.

The awards were presented to Neville AG Solomon, pediatric cardiac surgeon, Apollo Children’s Hospital, Chennai; Mukund Padmanabhan, Editor, Business Line; V Seshagiri Rao, Associate Director, ISRO, Sriharikota; M Arumugam, first Director of the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchi; S Sivakumar, Head, Design, Royal Enfield, Chennai; and B Sankar Mahadevan, Founder Trustee, Udhuvum Ullangal, Chennai.
